Refund & Return Policy – Beauty Stories

At Beauty Stories, your satisfaction is our priority! If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange according to the following policy.

1. Return Period
You may return an item within 14 calendar days of receiving your order.

2. Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with an intact seal or safety sticker.

  • Opened or used cosmetic products cannot be returned, in accordance with Canadian health and safety regulations.

  • Exceptions apply if the item arrived damaged or has a manufacturing defect.

3. How to Return

  • To start a return, email us with your order number and reason for return.

  • We will provide return instructions and the warehouse address.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except for defective or damaged items.

  • Please ensure items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund.

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit card, PayPal, etc.).

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days after we confirm the return.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Promotional or clearance items marked “Final Sale”

  • Opened or used cosmetics

6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are processed the same way as returns.

  • Customers are responsible for shipping costs of exchanged items.
